PRODUCT INTRUCTION
Product name: Bacillus thruingiensis Var. Israelensis H-14
CAS NO 68038-71-1
Appearance and properties: yellowish brown liquid, slightly odorous
Physical properties and uses:
Bacillus thuringiensis is the most widely used and successful mosquito-killing pathogenic microorganism at present. It can control the larvae of Anopheles, Culex, Mansoia, Psorophora, Aedes and Simulium, and control filariasis, dengue fever, malaria, yellow fever, encephalitis, disk-tail filariasis and other insect-borne viral heat transfer diseases. It is a biological mosquito-killing larval preparation recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). It is highly selective in mosquito control, non-toxic to non-target organisms and human and animal, easy to degrade in nature and not pollute the environment. The breeding farm has a wide range of mosquito control, a large amount of sewage discharge, many water containers, and many kinds of mosquitoes are easy to breed. The preparation has the advantages of convenient application and wide range of action, so as to control the breeding of mosquitoes.
Bacillus thuringiensis spores are the main component of Bacillus thuringiensis. Facultative anaerobes. The main component is the toxin protein in parasporal crystals. The last stage of sporulation of Bacillus spp. forms toxic protein crystals that kill larvae. When crystallin enters the digestive tract of mosquitoes, the parasporal crystals (mainly composed of proteins) are destroyed by alkaline intestinal juice into small units of delta-endotoxin, which causes the midgut to stop peristalsis and paralysis, the epithelial cells of the midgut to dissociate, stop feeding, and the spores germinate in the intestine. After the damaged intestinal wall enters the blood chamber, the parasporal crystals reproduce in large numbers, causing the insects to die.
